I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 24-48 hours production time for your order to ship out, average shipping times are 5-10 days within the USA and usually 14/22 days to the REST OF THE WORLD. If you have any questions, email us at support@sippipup.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee only if you receive the product defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 2 hours with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 2 hours due to fast fulfillment times or we unfortunately cannot help.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have misspelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, wait for your order confirmation email. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at support@sippipup.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

Does the water come out easily? Can unused water go back into the bottle?

Yes, you only need one hand to open/lock water, easily dispensing and recycling unused water back into the bottle. The simple one button design feeds water with lock button to prevent leaking

Is the drinking bowl made of plastic or a silicone/rubber?

It's FDA certified recyclable polymer, making Sippi Pup safe and easy to clean

Will it leak?

No, the dispenser is lined with Silica gel seal ring which prevents internal leakage. You can rest assure that it won’t wet your bag.

Is the bottle dishwasher safe?

Yes, the drinking bowl is detachable from the clear bottle and dishwasher safe

Is Sippi Pup easy to travel with?

Yes. There is a wrist strap that can easily go around your wrist or hook to purse, backpack, etc.

Is Sippii Pup BPA free?

Can I use Sippi Pup for my cat/other pets?

Yes, the water bowl is 2.76 inches deep. Sippi Pup not only ensures hydrating your dog on the go but also cat or other small pets.
